Concorde Solutions deliver tool agnostic services. Our business is not coupled with any single Audit or SAM tool vendor. Over the many years we have worked with and implemented asset management software products, we have developed an in depth knowledge of the strengths and weaknesses of the vast majority of tools available.

We strongly believe that for many of our customers already using an inventory tool, it is unnecessary to provide a replacement. However, where a suitable inventory tool is not already in place, we are proud to maintain established partnerships with the best software vendors, enabling us to ensure that our customers are empowered with the appropriate tool for their project.

Enhancing your existing technology

Many of our customers have invested heavily in technology, but are unable to translate reported data into meaningful information. Concorde Solutions recognise that replacing technology is often not an option, so have created a process to allow customers to benefit from our intellectual capital associated with software recognition and software library teaching. This allows any inventory tool results to be quickly matched against an independent library - or indeed the inventory tool library to be enhanced using our software recognition and teach back process.
