Michael Jackson – Chairman

Michael spent more than two decades as Non-Executive Chairman of the FTSE 100 software group, The Sage Group plc, which during his chairmanship grew from a capitalisation of £1 million in 1983 to over £2 billion. Michael is currently Chairman of the venture capital and investment company, Elderstreet Investments Limited, and is also a director and investor in a number of quoted and unquoted companies.




Martin Prendergast – Managing Director

Martin brings extensive experience to Concorde from senior management and director roles in leading technology specialists and system integrators.  Martin conceived & launched Unitrans asset management offering in 2005, before leading the MBO in February 2007 to form Concorde Solutions. Since then Concorde has grown rapidly into the leading UK’s technology asset management & compliance organisation with over 40 employees and a turnover of in excess of £1m within the first 6 months of trading.




Phil Merson – Director

Phil has over 23 years of business experience, including Board Directorship and delivering projects with customers such as Fast and Microsoft.  As Director and joint founder at Concorde, he specialises in Software Asset Management and licence compliance, focusing on the financial and operational benefits organisations can expect from investing in improving their knowledge of their assets.




Andy Kelly – Sales Director

Andy brings more than 20 years of experience in technology sales and sales management to Concorde; where he leads market and sales strategy, client engagement and strategic complimentary relationships.  Before joining Concorde, Andy was a Director of sales and marketing at Computacenter, a global provider of IT services and distributed technology to the Corporate Market.
