
Michael Jackson - Chairman
Michael joined Concorde in February 2007. He holds an MA in law from Cambridge University and qualified as a chartered accountant with Coopers & Lybrand. He spent more than two decades as Non-Executive Chairman of the FTSE 100 software group, The Sage Group plc, which during his chairmanship grew from a capitalisation of £1 million in 1983 to over £2 billion. Michael is currently Chairman of the venture capital and investment company, Elderstreet Investments Limited, and is also a director and investor in a number of quoted and unquoted companies.

Martin Prendergast - Managing Director & Co-Founder
Martin brings over ten years of domain and industry experience to Concorde, and has held senior management roles at Unitrans and Morse PLC, and a number of operational roles at Peregrine Systems. Martin has worked with a large number of companies around the world and has helped architect, sell and deliver solutions for market leaders such as HP, CSC, EDS & Computacenter.

Phil Merson - Services Director & Co-Founder
Phil has over twenty three years of business experience, the last ten in the IT sector. He has worked with and managed a large sales force in the financial sector and been a Board Director for many different companies. For the last seven years, Phil has specialised in Software Asset Management, focusing on the financial benefits organisations can expect to gain from running an efficient IT department. He is experienced in leadership and full project management, with many years of experience employed and delivering projects for customers such as Federation Against Software Theft (FAST) and Microsoft.
